All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have concerning dental problems. Our staff is well-qualified to answer most questions. If the call requires the doctor to speak to you, he will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
For after-hours emergencies, simply call our office for our emergency number. We reserve a limited amount of time each day for emergency patients. If you have an emergency, please call our office as soon as possible. If the problem arises when the office is closed, you will be directed to the doctor who is on call.
We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. Rescheduling Appointments If you cannot keep an appointment, please give our office at least 24 hours notice if possible. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment to another patient that may be experiencing a dental problem.
